Dominant First Half Gives Atletico 2-0 Lead
Atletico Madrid took an early advantage in their Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund, scoring twice in a dominant first half. The match, played at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium, saw Atletico stride into a 2-0 lead as Dortmund struggled to find their footing.
Gimenez and Molina on Target

Dortmund came out stronger in the second half, and they pulled a goal back through Karim Adeyemi in the 55th minute. The goal gave Dortmund hope, and they pushed for an equalizer.
However, Atletico held on to their lead, and they secured a vital 2-1 win. The victory gives Atletico a valuable advantage ahead of the second leg, which will be played in Dortmund on March 7.
